It’s been a while.
So busy. But it’s all good.
Finally my brain could get a good workout. Heh.
I need body workout too. Boo!
I’ve put on SO MUCH weight for the past 10 months. No good.
I’m at my heaviest moment now. *kill me please* so a colleague challenged me to lose weight. Within 3 months. -__-
So from today onwards, I’m going to start a healthier diet and
lifestyle.
Stocked up oatmeal for lunch from now. Hopefully can last me through
dinner.
Started swimming yesterday. Hopefully can swim at least 2-3 times a
week and maintain the momentum. Managed to
swim only 10 laps yesterday. Must target to achieve at least 20 laps each
session now. Argh. First day fail. But it’s a good start.
