Wah!!! My boss don't want to pay the supposedly amount to my colleague who left our company last week!
She worked til Thursday and Friday was her annual leave that she was entitled to claim. My boss told her that he will pay her until Thursday only because she work till Thursday.
Now... Supposedly, Boss should pay her until Friday, right? Now, He doesn't want to pay her! And.. Who can actually tell me how to count it?
Her company will pay for her compensation for not serving one month's notice. So, anybody can tell me how much should the new company pay to the old company and how much should the old company pay her back since she worked the first week?
I don't know who should pay what to who and how much should they pay back to the person who left.
Now, my concern is that.. I'm leaving my company soon. Soon means TODAY (14Apr) will be my last day, my off day will be on Monday because I worked for 6 days this week. So.. My salary for this month should be counted until when? And, my new company should pay them the whole amount for this month OR on on the 16Apr to 30Apr OR from the 16Apr to 15May?? And.. They owe me one replacement Public Holiday.... Shit... Lagi confusing now.. Damn.. Shouldn't have come to work today...
Damn confusing man..... Somebody please explain to me!!!
Mahai... What happened to my ex colleague is not acceptable at all.. How can boss don't want to pay her?? Chi sin!!!
Now I'm worried about myself..

well, you're only entitled for claims if you serve notice to the company. or else you're not entitled to claim for your leave. they will have to pay you until the 14th and the rest, your new company have to compensate. but not your leave. if your still confuse call up the labor office lor.. they will explain to you.
when i left vhq 2 years ago for pegasus, i served 3 months notice and i got my full salary, plus i leave earlier cos i can claim my leave.. that's like 20days! but when i left pegasus for hot pictures, they only pay me for the days i worked, minus my unpaid leave = RM48.90. see? but im lucky cos my new boss pay me salary cos i left w/o notice. can say that im a lucky bitch lah.. hahha!
The interview at Renaissance still on or not? Or have you gone without me? Or not planning to go already?
