Ok. Last for today.

Since I'm so free, let me update my blog again.. Hehehe.... I'm too free.. Not much things to do in the office.. Might as well use this time to blog.

[Boss, if you're reading this, don't blame me.. I'm just using borrowing some time to blog while waiting for guests to call me and if not, I will go to youtube.com or break.com or metacafe.com to watch dramas or funny/horror/disgusting video clips, which, you forbid us from doing because it apparently slow down our pc, and if not blogging, I will play yahoo games or any other online games, which you also discourage us from doing because... I don't know why.... So Boss, I will make sure blogging won't affect my perfomance or whatsoever.. Ahh.. If you want to blame someone, blame on guest cos if they dun call, I'm very free.. so ask them to call more!]

Some people ask me why I blog. Well, like I said earlier, it's because I ditched my journal *click*. Well, at first, I thought blogging is just like writing diary/journal. But as time goes by, it becomes a, well, hobby. (can I say my hobby is blogging? sounds weird to me tho..) Imagine you're going for an interview and the interviewer ask what's your hobby. Normally, well, last time, people will answer swimming, reading, playing computer games, shopping (is that considered as a hobby?), sleeping (this too?). But blogging.. sounds.. kinda weird. To me la.. It sounds like you have a lot of free time.. Like you always tau lan (curi tulang. er, i dunno what's it called in English..) when you're working/studying. Ironically, I think blogging can be categorized as a hobby since shopping, sleeping and eating can be considered as one. Hobby is something that you do in your free time. But I still finds it funny to say blogging as a hobby. Don't ask why. I just thought that it sounds weird.

Okay, back to why I blog.. Besides ditching my journal for blog, I think it's a very good way to interact with people. To update your friends/family about myself because I seriously have no time to see everybody that I know so often so I think by writing it here, they can update themselves about me without seeing in person. Nice? I think so.

I blog just to rant, kaypoh, bitch and write about a lot of things.. well, mainly about my boring life la.. Another thing that come across my mind about blogging. Is spelling and grammar so important when you're blogging? Some people thinks that it's important. Because don't want people to misunderstand the meaning of your sentences when you're writing. Some people, like my pet-sister Mich, thinks that blogging is just to release stress, to pass time, so it's not that important.

For me, I'm neutral about it.

Let me tell you guys my opinion...

Why is it not important?
- Blogging is just like a personal space. You have rights to write whatever you want in whichever way with whatsoever language. Which means, it's your blog. Do it your way.. You're just blogging for fun. No need to be so serious. Perhaps you don't think there's people who reads your blog besides yourself so only you understands it.
- It's not an exam. Nobody will grade your posts.

Why is it important?
- Some words, if it were in the wrong place of a sentence, it might turn the sentence into a totally different meaning of the actual one that you mean to write. So you don't want to risks offending certain people because of a slight error or make readers misunderstand what you're writing or keeps them scratching their heads trying to guess the actual meaning of what you've wrote.
- Some words, if it were spelt slightly or extremely wrong, it can also turn the word into another totally different meaning, which also, will cause yourself some difficulties.
- Another opinion of mine is that, spelling, grammar and vocabulary is kinda important when one writes because it shows your knowledge. Your personality. And I personally think that if you always spells wrongly or writes terribly (When I say always means ALWAYS. Not those once-in-a-while spelling/grammar/vocab error that normal people do occasionally), it's like... you either have a very bad English teacher/lecturer (probably the worse in the world) or you sleeps in each and every English lesson or you just don't care about what spelling/grammar/vocab is or you're probably just too smart so you became stupid.
